The role will require you to work closely with our Workshop Manager to carry out preventative maintenance schedules, service and repair of ag-related machinery and our transport fleet.
The successful applicant will be a motivated self-starter who can both work autonomously and as part of a team. You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and posses great people skills, as this is the bedrock of our Coolabah business. A progressive turf supply company, with strong sales growth & a statewide distribution contract via a large national chain has an exciting new supervisor role available at our Melbourne based depot (northern suburbs).
This position is primarily for a depot supervisor role which includes a delivery driver role. The successful candidate will be required to manage a X-docking facility and supervise a Melbourne-based delivery eet. They will also co-ordinate and conduct direct to site deliveries. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the timely, safe and e cient delivery of perishable turf products. The ability to demonstrate e ective time management, a commitment to team work and general management skills are essential. High levels of customer service is non- negotiable as well as being well spoken and presented.
This person will be required to work autonomously in the role. Days of work required will include Tuesday – Saturday. Heavy-combination or Multi-combination license and forklift license essential.
Remuneration will be in-line with the skills possessed by the successful applicant and package will include a vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.
