CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role is a critical lynch pin within our Sales and Logistics teams, and a main point of contact for our valued customers. The successful applicant will be confident and competent with the written and spoken word, have an infectious and positive mindset and be well presented.
As an experienced Customer Service Officer, you will have an ability to thrive in a team environment, possess a critical eye for detail, have high level problem-solving and organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise and multitask and demonstrate high levels of accuracy in data entry and database management.
A multifaceted position, this solutions-based communications role will best suit someone with a genuine love for people, an ability to connect and create instant rapport with customers over the phone and communicate with all walks of life.

Harvest Operator
Coolabah Turf is an award winning, world-class instant turf production and distribution company, currently seeking a motivated & positive Harvest Operator to join our amazing Echuca based Team.
This position would suit someone with a passion for the Australian turf industry and/or previous experience in agriculture/farming.
The successful applicant must demonstrate previous harvester/machine operation experience, great communication skills and work closely with the Harvest Co-ordinator and Coolabah Turf farm team members.
You must also have an aptitude for machinery operation, maintenance & care.
You will be required to work a minimum of 38 hours per week with additional hours in peak seasons, including some rostered weekend work.
Remuneration will be in-line with the skills possessed by the successful applicant.
