Coolabah Turf is an award winning, world-class instant turf production and distribution company, currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our amazing Echuca based Team. If you are passionate, motivated, and possess a positive can do mindset with a successful track record in phone & face-to-face sales, we’d love to consider your application to join our team!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this exciting role will be based at our Echuca HQ and will require a vibrant person to deliver high levels of customer service to our existing & new customers. You will be an excellent communicator with the written & spoken word, while demonstrating a high level of organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail and a solution focused approach. Experience in CRM systems, outbound prospect calling, and sales processes will be highly desirable but not essential as on the job training is provided. This role will suit someone with a desire to grow and thrive in our fast-paced, rapidly expanding business.

HARVEST OPERATOR

Coolabah Turf is an award winning, world-class instant turf production and distribution company, currently seeking a motivated & positive Harvest Operator to join our amazing Echuca based Team.
This position would suit someone with a passion for the Australian turf industry and/or previous experience in agriculture/farming.
The successful applicant must demonstrate previous harvester/machine operation experience, great communication skills and work closely with the Harvest Co-ordinator and Coolabah Turf farm team members.
You must also have an aptitude for machinery operation, maintenance & care.
You will be required to work a minimum of 38 hours per week with additional hours in peak seasons, including some rostered weekend work.
Remuneration will be in-line with the skills possessed by the successful applicant.

IRRIGATION ASSISTANT

Coolabah Turf is an award winning, world-class instant turf production and distribution company, currently seeking an experienced Irrigation Assistant to join our amazing Echuca based Team.
To be suitable for this hands-on role, previous experience with irrigation is required. Duties include assisting with irrigation across our farm, assisting with planning and irrigation schedules,
inspecting, maintaining and repairing the farm’s irrigation infrastructure, maintain knowledge of irrigation standards and practices, monitoring and management of soil moisture and provide general farm assistance where required.
The successful applicant must demonstrate:
- Experience and knowledge of horticultural irrigation requirements
- IT skills to remote operate and program irrigation schedules via programs and apps
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Chemical handling and forklift license (desirable)
You will be required to work a minimum of 38 hours per week with additional hours in peak seasons, including some rostered weekend work.
Remuneration will be in-line with the skills possessed by the successful applicant.

Sports TURF management apprenticeship
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-starter to join our progressive turf supply company and learn all disciplines of Turf Production at our Echuca based farms while completing your Certificate III in Sports Turf Management Or Equivalent.
This position would suit a fit, energetic highly motivated person with a passion for the outdoors. Experience in agriculture or farming would be an advantage. If you are enthusiastic about working in a vibrant team, have a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn new skills, we would love to hear from you.
The role will include on farm training and upskilling – how to use machinery and turf farming practices. Trade School is currently based in Melbourne. You will be required to work a minimum of 38 hours per week with additional hours in peak seasons, including some weekend work.

Coolabah Turf is Victoria’s premier and largest Turf supplier to the DIY home and landscape market. We currently require a B-Double linehaul driver for Monday to Friday deliveries between our Echuca and Campbellfield Depots.
If you are a motivated and positive person, possess a Forklift and MC (B Double) truck licence, then we’d love to consider your application to join our progressive turf production company located in Echuca, Northern Victoria.
You must be professional, well presented, have excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail, and be terrific with people.

Delivery Driver HC Full Time – Bendigo or Echuca Based
Coolabah Turf is Victoria’s premier and largest Turf supplier to the DIY home and landscape market, and we currently require a delivery driver for Tuesday to Saturday deliveries.
If you are a motivated and positive person, love customers, possess a Forklift and HC (Semi) truck licence, then we’d love to consider your application to join our progressive turf production company located in Echuca, Northern Victoria.
Driving one of our modern refrigerated fleet, you will be a professional driver and be required to deliver perishable turf products to our vast network of customers throughout Country Victoria and Metro Melbourne.
You must be well presented, have excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail, and be terrific with people.
Remuneration will be paid in line with the skills of the successful applicant. Previous experience in the operation of Moffett truck-mounted forklift and/or a MC (B Double) truck licence would also be an advantage for this position; however, on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
